Open Question: What do you think about wearing "non convention/normal" clothes in public? (exercise pants?)?I'm not showing yet but my pants are digging in a little big, especially since my pants are only a few inches below my belly button, they aren't low rise. I was thinking about wearing my gym clothes to school, but I am the type of person who wears normal clothes when I go out! I have like workout/yoga capris that have a very comfy non elastic waistline. Do you think it is innappropriate? I don't TD for honest answers, I don't think it is appropriate to wear pjs in public. Especially since I'm not really showing yet. I feel like i"ll just look like a bum. Read more...Open Question: Personal Fitness Help?1. What are the two important parts of physical fitness program? I wouldnt stop. I was working on college work but not thinking about it systematically. I would spend hours touching up a photo for one page of a project that didnt even need to be in the book and then when it came to the real work id be in my room for 3 days solid working on an essay. I think i might have been depressed froom a bit of a trauma the summer before because my nervous system was everywhere and i took to studying loads about it trying to look into the body/nervous system. I took to exercise like a maniac, i was freakishly set on yoga classes and i was concerned about how i looked all the time. I dont know jf i actually wanted to be on the course. I've started taking anti depressants, a 10mg dose and I'm much calmer. I dont know if i should go back to what i was doing, i have two years left. It feels like a completly different me, I'm focusing on conversations, im not preoccupied in any way. I'm not doing as much but I'm making strong realisations where i have slowed down. It feels good taking time out. But now i have to go back to the course and I'm not sure it's a good thing for me. Keeping busy feels silly now. Is that the depression lifting? I've talked to my teacher but she said there isn't much she can do about it Thanks :) P.S they are not being nasty to me because im nasty to them, i was brought up to be very nice and polite to others. Sorry if this isn't in the right category, i wasn't sure which one to put it under Read more...Open Question: I take things to seriously, how do I loosen up?Ive already tried yoga, eating healthy, and relaxing music.
